Worth Reading

Hi. I’m David. I’ve done a bunch of stuff—typically without a lot of stuff. My minimal and unconventional lifestyle antics have been interpreted through the lens of the New York Times, Dwell, um, Remodelista, and others.

As a real estate estate innovation, affordability, and climate adaptation authority, I have been connected to many of the world’s most influential corporations, developers, and startups. I’ve more recently leveraged that authority to speak out against economic and ecological malfeasance in my erstwhile industry. You can find links to some of my past endeavors here.

While I have built many physical events and spaces, I am probably best known as a writer. This newsletter is an attempt to distill what I’ve learned, what I see, and how I interpret various subjects I consider important enough to write about. It’s a place for me to understand the world, and edit as necessary.

I pray my writing is as useful to others as it is for me. I encourage you to subscribe to this newsletter in its free version, or paid if you are able. Please feel free to shoot me comments, feedback, etc.

Best,

David
